Important: To claim a prize, the winner must present either a valid photo ID matching the loyalty account or the original printed winning order ticket. Copies, screenshots, or digital versions will not be accepted.

How to Enter (short):

With Purchase: Each eligible order by a Loyalty member = 1 entry. Orders must be at least 6 hours apart to count as separate entries.
Without Purchase: Stop in during the prize period and request a free promotional ticket from a cashier (limit one free ticket per person per prize period).
Submit: Enter your ticket information online before the end of the prize period at rockinrobs.link/giveaway/entry.

Eligibility: U.S. residents 13+. Under-18s need parent/guardian permission. Employees & immediate family members are not eligible.
Winners are selected at random at the end of each prize period. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.
Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification. If under 18, a parent/guardian may be required to accompany the winner.
Rockin Rob’s may substitute prizes of equal or greater value if needed and may cancel or skip prize periods.
